Stellar Gospel Music Awards

The Stellar Awards is gospel music's premier night of recognition, celebrating the artists, songs, and moments that define the genre each year. In 2025, the show came to the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee, and was broadcast live to thousands more beyond the 2,500 in the room.

Stacked Hearts served as production managers for the full event, leading the load-in and load-out and keeping crews and technicians aligned through every phase of the build. With a broadcast-quality show on the line and a tight production window, Stacked Hearts kept the floor moving by coordinating people, solving problems in real time, and making sure every piece of the stage and infrastructure was ready when the cameras came on.
